Order and Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Troy cards. Your payments are processed with SSL encryption, secured by iyzico and Shopify Payments. Your card information is not stored by us.
Is installment payment available?
We offer 3 and 6 installment options with contracted credit cards. You can see the available options during the checkout process.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also view it by logging into your account and going to My Account → My Orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible before the order is shipped. Please write to info@allbyb.com with your order number, and we will process it quickly. After shipping, the return procedure applies.
How do I get my invoice?
Your invoice is automatically sent to your registered email address via the e-invoice system when your order is prepared. For corporate invoices, simply add the tax number and company name to the order notes.
Craft and Material
Where are the bags produced?
All ALLBYB bags are handwoven in Turkey by female artisans. The leather parts are combined with traditional leather craftsmanship at our workshop in Istanbul.
How long does it take to make a bag?
Depending on the design, it takes between 3 and 10 days to prepare a bag. Since the handwoven parts are produced individually, each piece has slight variations and a unique character.
What materials do you use?
Our bags use handwoven natural cotton and polyester yarns, vegetable-dyed details, and first-quality genuine leather. Metal accessories (buckles, chains, hooks) are brass and plated.
Are the products vegan?
ALLBYB collections contain genuine leather; they are not entirely vegan. You can stay informed about developments for a vegan collection by subscribing to our newsletter.
Colors look different on my screen — what about in reality?
Since we use natural-dyed yarns and genuine leather, there may be a 5-10% difference between the screen and the physical product. If you'd like detailed photos, you can request them from info@allbyb.com.
Care and Protection
How should I store my bag?
Store your bag in its original dust bag, in a dry and cool environment. Keep it away from direct sunlight, radiators, and humid conditions. Fill it with soft paper or fabric to maintain its shape.
My bag got wet, what should I do?
Gently wipe it dry with a soft cloth. Do not use a hairdryer or radiator — leather and weaving may deform. Let it air dry in the shade outdoors.
How do I clean the woven parts?
You can gently wipe the handwoven parts with a damp cloth. Do not rub or scrub. If stains occur, professional leather/textile cleaning is recommended.
Is color change normal?
Slight color changes in natural leather and vegetable-dyed yarns over time are a characteristic feature; this is not a defect but a personalized patina that adds value to the bag.

Shipping and Returns
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days and delivered within 1–2 business days via Yurtiçi Kargo. International orders arrive within 3–5 business days with DHL Express.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for all orders within Turkey. International shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the country and weight.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide with DHL Express. If your country is not listed in the options, please write to us at info@allbyb.com.
Are there customs duties?
For international orders, customs and import duties of the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not covered by ALLBYB.
How do I make a return?
You can return your bag within 14 days of receipt, provided the tags have not been removed and the product has not been used. Initiate the return process by writing to info@allbyb.com. For details, please refer to our Shipping and Returns policy.
Can I make an exchange?
For color or model exchanges, the return procedure applies: once the product reaches us, you can place a new order. We will assist based on stock availability.
Gifts and Packaging
How are the bags packaged?
Every ALLBYB bag is sent in our signature dust bag and special ALLBYB box. It's suitable for gifting, providing an impressive presentation when opened.
Can I add a gift message?
Simply write your personal message in the order notes — we will handwrite it on our card and send it with the package. This service is free of charge.
Can I send a gift package to a different address?
Of course. By selecting the "Different delivery address" option during checkout, we can send it directly to the recipient's address. The invoice will be sent to you, and the package to the recipient.
What should I do for corporate gift orders?
For corporate gift orders of 5 items or more, we offer special pricing and the option for brand logo embroidery. Write to info@allbyb.com with your needs, and we'll prepare a custom offer for you.
